The Triple D Dance Team was officially established in March of 2018 by Kimberly McGuire. This is the first Majorette Dance Studio in Wayne County and it currently has 65 youth, ages 5-18. The dancers are from Wayne, Lenoir, Cumberland, Greene County and the State of Virginia.

Tim Pounds
Tim Pounds was born in Queens, NY, and raised in Goldsboro NC the oldest of 6 children. He was a part of the first graduating class of Spring Creek High School in 2003. In pursuit of a dream to play college basketball he attended and graduated from the Hun School of Princeton in NJ in 2004. From there he went to play Division 1 basketball at Colgate University in Hamilton, NY. While in college Tim came to faith in Christ and developed a love for the arts. He graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Theater Arts and hit the ground running. He went on performing and using the gift of music to minister to young people all over the Country. His debut album was released in 2012 entitled Focused on Eternity and several singles and mixtapes over the years. After a long hiatus, Tim has returned to finish what he started and inspire the world through his music.
