Mrs. Victoria Ruffin-Atkins is an Honor Graduate of Fayetteville State University with a B.A. in Music Education. She has her Masters in Adult Education from Central Michigan University. She has her School Administrator’s license from Gardner-Webb University.
The Triple D Dance Team was officially established in March of 2018 by Kimberly McGuire. This is the first Majorette Dance Studio in Wayne County and it currently has 65 youth, ages 5-18. The dancers are from Wayne, Lenoir, Cumberland, Greene County and the State of Virginia.
John R. Bell IV is a native of Mount Olive, NC and is a graduate of North Duplin High School. During his high school years, he attained the rank of Eagle Scout. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology.
